The Dessert Powders can be fully dissolved in coffee, milk, and cream in minutes. Their usage is simple, quick and handy.

The shelf-life of our products is 2 years.

Dessert cream

Ingredients: 5 dl milk, 4 yolks, 15 dkg sugar or 20 dkg Honey Powder, 7 dkg flour, 18 dkg Dessert Powder

Add the Dessert Powder to the milk and boil the mixture. Then let it achieve a lukewarm temperature. Meanwhile stir the yolks, the flour and the sugar/Honey Powder until the mixture become foamy. While constantly stirring, pour the milk into the mixture. Now, heat slowly the cream (or you may want to put it into stream) and keep stirring till the cream becomes thick enough.


Add 3-4 spoonful of Dessert Powder and 1-2 spoonful of sugar to 3 dl cream whip it till it becomes thick enough and put it into the refrigerator for half an hour.

Biscuit bar


Paste: 60 dkg ground biscuit, 20 dkg ground nut or almond, 15 dkg sugar, 3 dkg cocoa, 1 dl rum, milk to make the paste easy to roll out

Cream: 20 dkg butter, 25 dkg sugar or 30 dkg Honey Powder, 15 dkg Dessert Powder

Knead the ingredients into a homogenous paste and roll it out on butter paper. Mix the butter the sugar/Honey Powder and the Dessert Powder and spread the cream on the rolled paste then real the whole thing up. Put the bar into the refrigerator before you serve it up.
